New PolyBoRi upstream version 0.8

in the meantime i've pushed it to
git://git.debian.org/git/debian-science/packages/polybori.git
the debian branch contains a quite complete 0.8.0 release.

(theres also upstream and tarball for 0.8.1, but i didn't manage to do a
"git-dpm new-upstream-release" in a useful way.)
