Bug#690218: Please upgrade to 1.1.9

Package: libmatheval
Version: 1.1.8
Severity: wishlist

You will find attached patches for update git libmatheval repository
to latest 1.1.9 version.

I have also added a patch to make the tests optionnal.
We could be the package without the tests by using :

dh_auto_configure -- --enable-tests=no

in debian/rules. 

It helps to avoid linking libmatheval.so with guile libs.
