Note that ATLAS is a complicated beast, and does not always compile at
the first time. Your new version has already failed on armhf and s390.
The core problem is that the build system is not entirely deterministic
(it runs time benchmarks, and if there is too much variance across
benchmarks, then it fails). I hope to improve the situation for Jessie,
but for Wheezy there is no other way than asking give backs until it
compiles on all arches.
