Indeed, there's a bug in the .pc file generation. I'll try to fix it.

Ok, for now we'll ship both of them. Where should the conf file be
located in debian?

Maybe, but this is out of scope of the polybori maintainance.

Please allow me some time, since I currently do not have access to a
debian-based machine for some reasons.
