Bug#724260: openmx: FTBFS on non-amd64: assumes SSE2

Source: openmx
Version: 3.7.6-0.1
Severity: serious
Justification: fails to build from source (but built successfully in the past)

Builds of openmx for non-amd64 CPUs have been failing, because it
relies on (x86) SSE2 intrinsics. If feasible, please have it
substitute portable code on other architectures; otherwise, please
officially limit its architecture to any-amd64. (I suppose you could
also add any-i386 and arrange to build with -msse2 there, as long as
you document that requirement prominently.)

At any rate, could you please take a look?

Thanks!
