Source: freefem++
Version: 3.37.1-1
Severity: serious
Justification: The uploaded binary packages weren't built into a clean chroot, causing an extra libhdf5-8 [amd64] dependency

Hi,

Trying to understand why freefem++ had 'Depends: libhdf5 [amd64]' and seeing
no build log for this architecture, I came to the conclusion that you didn't
build the uploaded binary packages into a clean amd64 chroot.

Rebuilding from source in a clean amd64 chroot doesn't pull libhdf5-dev from
the build dependencies, hence building without HDF5 support.

Please fix this by either asking for a bin NMU on arch amd64 to drop the
dependency or adding explicitely libhdf5-dev to the build-dependencies to
enable HDF5 support.

Thanks in advance,

_g.
