Package: r-cran-arm
Version: 1.8-6-1
Severity: serious
Usertags: goto-cc

During a rebuild of all Debian packages in a clean sid chroot (using cowbuilder
and pbuilder) the build failed with the following error.

[...]

echo "R:Depends=r-base-core (>= 3.2.3-6), r-api-3" >> debian/r-cran-arm.substvars

		 xvfb-run -a 			\
			R CMD INSTALL -l /srv/jenkins-slave/workspace/sid-goto-cc-r-cran-arm/r-cran-arm-1.8-6/debian/r-cran-arm/usr/lib/R/site-library --clean     \

The full build log is attached; please do let me know if the problem is
unreproducible, in which case I shall try to investigate further.
