Source: freemat
Version: 4.0-2
Severity: normal
Forwarded: https://sourceforge.net/p/freemat/bugs/489/

As reported to Ubuntu [1]:

Freemat does not start if there is a file or a directory named Private
in the user's home directory.

This still affects freemat 4.2.
