Hi Eric,

With "pop up window" you mean the "Files of type" selector in the file dialog that shows once you select
"File"-> "Export File"?

When I do that, (before that I had to reduce the screen resolution that the list of supported files is larger
than the screen) , yes, I do _not_ get a scroll bar, but I get small arrows at the top and at the bottom of that list,
which allows me to scroll. Also mouse-wheel and cursor keys do scroll the list. 

(I'm not sure if I understood your problem correctly, please expand with detailed instructions how to reproduce the issue to this
bug…)

PS: A time saver is to just enter the extension yourself, eg. test.stl will automatically make a stl without the need
to select it from the list… Maybe this could help as a work around… Of course, assuming I understood your problem correctly…
