[Debian-science-sagemath] cysignals 1.7.2

Hello Folks,

I am encountering issues with the packaging of the last cygnals version:
it seems to be cython issues that appear in the double target build machinery (pari+bare),
and cython is not my cup of tea.

I have just deposited at Salsa my current experimental branch:
can anyone have a look ?

@julian.rueth at fsfe.org Since you seems concerned with the double target build,
may you can have a look on the Debian side of this story.
