Hi Frank!

Here is the code, but as flavor. The reason is that you cannot use *arbitrary* --options as the options parsing is done by debhelper outside the dh_installtex code.

If you find a way around this, great!

So here the diff, it also moves the map working one level out, I think it was useless to have it in the foreach map/format/language loop and protect it with if what eq map.

There are some rough edges in the code and NO message if the link is already present and no documentation ...
