      filter for sorting elements in XML
   - ovnibus: XML based project for clinical and research purposes
   - html-xml-utils: W3C simple HTML and XML utilities
   - pyrxp: possibly the fastest validating XML parser in the world.
   - smilgen: SMILGen is a SMIL (and XML) authoring tool designed to 
      ease the process of XML content
   - stylebook: Apache xml-stylebook
   - tbook: XML authoring tool
   - teixsl: XSL stylesheets for TEI XML
   - xmlrpclib: Python implementation of the XML-RPC protocol
   - zope-silvanews: SilvaNews is an extension for Silva, an XML
      authoring and publishing tool for Z
