I'll let the maintainer of docbook-xsl decide. I'll sponsor him.
I'm think of something like

 Maintainer: Daniel
 Uploader: Geert

or

 Maintainer: Daniel
 Uploader: this ML


But it is the actual maintainer who has the last word. IMHO  (IMNSHO)
