There was an off-list ( out of band ) effort to contact Mark Johnson.
It revealed that we have no valid E-mail address of him.

Next step is taking over the packaging of docbook-xsl, we / you are
allready doing so. Please continue with it.

And most of all: Consider this E-mail as the offical decision for doing
the actual taking over of docbook-xsl.
