[xml/sgml] fop 2.0 in experimental

Hi all,

I've uploaded fop 2.0 in experimental. There is one remaining issue with
the logger (right now nothing is printed on the console). But please do
test it.

In particular I am looking for feedback on any issue you've reported
against past fop 1.1 package. Please do update them if you believe fop 2.0
do fix them.

I am planning on uploaded all dependencies to sid ASAP (will need help from
debian-java to check API is ok).
