[xml/sgml-pkgs] Bug#263858: Patch broken

Hello,

maybe I should remove the patch tag of this one. Installing the resulting
package broke my machine quite heavily. Indeed, it builds the 0.5.0 so
library where all programs out there expect the 1.0.0 

I though I should tell you ;)
