Bug#267001: [xml/sgml-pkgs] Bug#267001: g++-3.4 fails to compile sources for libxerces25-dev

I've confirmed that patches for g++ 3.4.1 compilation of Xerces-C++
version 2.5.0 are in CVS upstream.  Also, Xerces-C++ 2.6.0 is supposed
to be released in about a month.  Right now, there is an issue with
getting the current xerces packages into the upcoming Sarge release,
so I don't want to make any uploads to the package.  Once that
situation is straightened out, or after Sarge is released, I will make
whatever fixes are required to get this package to compile with g++
3.4.1.  In the mean time, it is specifically known to work under g++
3.4.0 and g++ 3.3.
