[xml/sgml-pkgs] Bug#211514: libxerces23-doc: I will act on these bug reports

I just wanted to post a quick update to these two reports (index.html
redirect to xml.apache.org and registration with doc-base) to mention
that I will act on these next time I do an update to the xerces
packages.  I have effectively taken over maintenance of these packages
as part of the Debian XML/SGML group and, in that capacity, have
recently packaged xerces24 and xerces25 as well.  Once those packages,
which have been uploaded, appear in unstable, I can make this fix to
all three packages and have then updated.  Since I have to bother a
sponsor, it is better for me to wait and do all three at once.
