Hello,

I think this bug is a problem with xmltex, my understanding is that
the following should work:

However, I don't think this is related to bug #170477, #181444,
#184072 or #184086, because

a) the error is different

b) the source docbook file doesn't use orderedlist/itemizedlist.

It doesn't look like #234884 either.

For some reason, Geert cannot reproduce the problem, and I don't
understand why not. It occurs every time for me.
