since thursday last week my flatmate Daniel Leidert must stay in a 
hospital. 

He told me that I should inform about the following points:
- You should process the docbook-xsl (-doc) as long as Daniel Leidert must stay in the hospital.
- Daniel allows the update to 1.71.1 (look at debian release list).
