[xml/sgml-pkgs] Bug#396416: Causes php configure to fail

I tried compiling php 5.2.10 myself on lenny.

$ ./configure --with-mysql --with-apxs=/path/to/apxs
[snip]

If you remove the dependency from the .la you probably have to list it 
using xml2-config, no?
