[xml/sgml-pkgs] Bug#703647: docbook-xml: schema/dtd/catalog is incomplete

Hello,

I have just noticed that /usr/share/xml/docbook/schema/dtd/catalog 
cannot handle all the installed versions; actually it can only deal
with verion 4.1 and 4 while version 4.0, 4.2, 4.3, 4.4 and 4.5 are installed.
