Most of the issues reported in the original 256076 was resolved but this
issue reported also in 295376 still remains.  As I reported to 256076,
this cosmetic issue can be avoided by properly supplying isome content
before the list.  I mean <p>sometext</p> before the start of the list.
For all practical use, that will be the case.

I see changing HTML conversion to draw line not only the start of <p>
tag but at other things line <list> <enumlist> should accomodate this.
But It is ugly and I do not see beter solution now.

Anyway, moving to minor and merging these bugs.

If someone can propose clean patch, I will apply.
