Aside from Alias.pm, which doesn't seem updated on anon CVS, everything
looks fine.

Thanks for pointing that out. Of course I missed the LaTeX format (and
"babel" entry was wrong). I've attached a new version of the LaTeX file.
Now all formats generated by release-notes' Makefile look fine to me
(html, info, pdf, ps, txt).
