[debiandoc-sgml-pkgs] New upload of debiandoc-sgml

Hi all!

I seem to have gotten the wrong bug numbers in debian-reference and
debiandoc-sgml.  I'll fix them in the CVS tonight or tomorrow
(Sunday).

Is it possible to release debiandoc-sgml (1.1.99) and debian-reference
(1.09-4) after this weekend?  I believe the CJK languages are now
working.
