Thanks.  I've tried it, but I get an error:

  $ debiandoc2latex -l zh_TW -s bin/fixlatex reference.zh-tw.sgml
  /usr/bin/debiandoc2latex: line 54: @@@endelide@@@: command not found

Yes, but it makes it a lot easier.  With debiandoc2latex, I can get
the TeX file and modify it without having to go through the pdflatex
process.  That would've been quite handy when I had to debug the VF
problem with pdfTeX.
