  * Remove zh_TW in bin/fixlatex: it is now applied by default
    by debiandoc2latex* in the debiandoc-sgml package [danai].

Hmmm.. I reverted.

Once you call -s option script, it disables internal default script.  I
designed this to be this way to give overide possibility if my internal
script was broken somehow.
