[debiandoc-sgml-pkgs] Bug#355406: debiandoc-sgml: HTML output contains extra <il> for subs

Package: debiandoc-sgml
Version: 1.1.94

I found that the HTML output of debiandoc2html contains one <il> too
much for each sub.
E.g: http://www.debian.org/doc/debian-policy/
1.1 Scope contains 2 dots instead of one for the sub itself like the
others below.

Another example where I found this:
http://pkg-mono.alioth.debian.org/cli-policy/

but not on:
http://cl-debian.alioth.debian.org/repository/rvb/clid/clid.html/

I don't know what versions was used to generate those docs.

My local version of debiandoc-sgml produces the extra <il> too.
