No, PLEASE not this way!  A package should never Depend or Recommend
texlive-full.  It excessively huge. And a LaTeX document generated by
debiandoc-sgml (or any other code generator) will always only need a
defined subset of texlive-packages.  texlive-full brings in lots of
stuff which is completely useless for debiandoc-sgml (all the
non-LaTeX-stuff, texlive-fonts-extra, texlive-doc-*).

Sorry that I cannot help you in more detail, being just about to leave
for vacation.  But I guess people on debian-tex-maint will help you, and
http://pkg-tetex.alioth.debian.org/mapping-texlive.html might also be
useful.
