[Debichem-devel] FYI: Moved unofficial package work from unstable/ to wnpp/

Hi all,

I moved everything NOT part of the Debian distribution from unstable/
into a new directory called wnpp/. This is to prevent sending mails to
the PTS and for a cleaner directory layout. By accepting a package in
Debian, the package directory can (and should) be moved back into
unstable/.

The packages moved are:
- gabedit
- molden
- molekel
- tinker

Newly introduced packages, not part of Debian, should be added in wnpp/
too (like e.g. libint).
