Hi Michael,

Can you upload DRAWxtl 5.4+dfgs-1 to NEW please?

I've documented the limitation of needing write permissions in the
manual page and added a note about the examples to README.Debian. I sent
a mail back to the authors explaining, that this behaviour is not common
(no PDF/PS/whatever reader will fail to open a file, because he lacks
write permissions in the directory, the file is located - at least I
don't know one).

Please let me know if you see something else in the package, that must
be fixed/changed.
