there are some licensing issues:
* please add Novartis Institutes for BioMedical Research Inc as copyright holder
  in your copyright file, as several files are copyrigh by it
* ullmann.hpp is licensed under a MIT-style license, please mention that
* Files under RDGeneral/hash/ are licensed Boost License
* Files under Docs/Book/ are licensed under CC-BY-SA-2.5, not allowed for main
* Files under External/cmim-1.0 are licensed under GPLv2
* Files under rdkit/sping/ have different licenses (e.g. LGPL or GPL), and seem
  originating from a different project, please add copyright information
