mpich2 is gone, any dependencies on it are wrong.

It looks like someone removed x32 from the list of architectures for
blacs-mpi.  There's no mention in the changelog, and there's no VCS either.

I just tried adding x32 to MPICH_ARCHS, it builds successfully.

That package is NMU-maintained for a long time, though, so perhaps we should
first look into:

A glance at openmpi's fail reason shows bogus use of x86 assembly, which is
moderately easy to fix.  I'll try fixing it soon, if it can be done with
relatively few tuits then indeed using openmpi instead of mpich might be
better.
