[Debootloaders-miboot] Toolchains for building miBoot

Hi,

Following Piotr's lead in the build instructions located at
<ftp://alioth.debian.org/pub/debootloaders/miboot/HOWTO_20060812>, I am
preparing unofficial Debian packages which will serve as Build-Depends
for the Debian miBoot package.

My work is based on Julien LEMOINE's unofficial cross-compiling
packages located at <http://debian.speedblue.org/>. The packages will
be available on the project web space in an APT repository. I will
post the URL when I am done with it.
