[Debootloaders-silo] Bug#533811: Default gcc on sparc is still 4.3

Hi,

I can easily try building silo with the default gcc, but as of today
that would be a no-op, as default gcc version is still 4.3 on sparc:

Are there any plans to change the default to 4.4? Rebuilding silo makes
sense only after this change takes place.
