[Debtags-devel] libdebtags and the new package file

Hello,

currently libdebtags uses the data fetched via "debtags update" as
source of information about the tags for the packages. I was wondering
if this will change now, after the tags data was included in the package
file. 
For me this is important to know, because parsing the package file
requires a significant amount of time.
