[Debtags-devel] libdebtags and the new package file

To be honest, I still don't know.  Maybe I'll add a special tag source
called 'apt', and I'll use it during 'debtags update'.

You should not be bothered by it in any way, though: the new libdebtags1
generates a binary index at update time, and it uses that for fast
access to the data.

Wether I'll read data from apt or not, I do want to keep generating the
index, as it allows me to do the merging of different sources, which is
a very important feature to me.
