With 'simple' I meant tags that have already a reasonable number of
occurrences in the database (tags that are easy to train on). It might
make sense to only allow automated reviewing when there are at a minimum
10 or 15 occurrences of packages with the same tag. Will look into the
good/bad ratio you mentioned.

Enrico, could hack up a XML-RPC service that would, given a packagename
and tag, return a probability (and perhaps the number of occurrences).
Should make it relatively easy to integrate the tagger with process, the
website, command-line debtags and anything else that pops up.
