Hi,

Whenever the same file is found in the same repository more than once, dget 
attempts to download the file as many times as it found it nevertheless. The 
issue can occur when, for instance, the same version is in sid and testing.

Whenever it fails to download from an URL, it is pretty much usless to retry 
it. Attached patch makes dget ignore dup repositories, therefore allowing it 
to get it from elsewhere.
