Bug#675343: devscripts: [uscan] sf-redirector not working for dia-shapes

uscan does not detect a new dia-shapes package with the following debian/watch
file:

the detected package version is 0.2.0 but there is already a 0.3.0
version avaialble. but 0.3.0 is not available at
http://qa.debian.org/watch/sf.php/dia-installer/
