Bug#708601: devscripts: Add git-buildpackage to 'suggests' depenedencies

Dear Maintainer,

This package already has 'cvs-buildpackage' and 'svn-buildpackage'
in it's 'suggests', but still has no 'git-buildpackage'.

That's strange, because git now used much wider, than cvs or svn.
