Dear Maintainer,

Typical Emacs buffers use the 80th column for a "wrap around" glyph so
the effective width of wrapped lines is really 79 columns.  If say
your Suggests line is exactly 80 characters wide, after wrap-and-sort,
it will still look like the line is too long, e.g.:

Suggests: python-gevent, python-pastedeploy, python-setproctitle, python-tornado

It would be nice if w-a-s wrapped to 79 characters, or supported a
- --width argument to specify the wrapping column.  Then I could run

$ wrap-and-sort --width 79

and be happy.
