I'm pretty sure the SF redirector uses the RSS file.  Is there a
specific reason you want to embed this logic in the watch file (and by
suggestion, change all the watch files that are currently using it)
rather than keeping this logic in the redirector?

The implementation for getting information from SF has changed various
times over the years, so I'm not sure moving the implementation to every
watch file makes sense.
