Bug#809854: [debdiff]: optionally invoke colordiff on the diff

I currently constantly type `debdiff bla.dsc bla1.dsc | colordiff`, this
is getting annoying and I'd love to be able to ask debdiff to do that
either automatically (if terminal supports it, guess it could be a
default), never or always, and set that in devscripts.conf.
