Bug#824369: debdiff: wrong Bash completion behaviour for ‘--debs-dir’ option

In the official VCS repository I have created a branch to address
this, ‘wip/issue/824369/correct-debs-dir-completion’.

This incorporates the branch ‘wip/issue/824372/include-all-options’,
which was written to address bug#824372.

Please review these changes and, if acceptable, merge to ‘master’.
