Hmmm, I'll remove sgmltools-lite and try again, to see which file it
needed -- i think it was
/usr/share/sgml/stylesheet/dsssl/sgmltools/html.dsl or something
similar.  Maybe that was some tool's last-ditch effort at finding some
XML thing I'm missing.  More later...
