Do we really need a 'Pre-Depends' here? I think the 'Depends' currently=20
  in the policy relationships section should be enough.

I was playing with equivalent scripts, but finally did not commit them=20
to the CVS, although they are somewhere in one of my experimental trees.
While the code to add for myspell dicts is small, I would vote for=20
adding them, to make that step look similar than for the other dicts.

What do you think, Ren=E9?
