I suggest Myspell be the default Debian dictionary.

One could obtain aditional words, translations and so on ... for the Debian 
default dictionary (myspell), from:
 
 http://www.wikipedia.org
 http://www.wiktionary.org
 
 So, this dictionary could be the Mozilla default and so on ( this is, in  general, for all the Debian applications).
