[dput-ng-maint] Bug#697767: dput-ng: install examples and explain how to enable the example hooks

Hello,
in the git repo you have the examples directory but you don't install it: please
do it :)

I didn't commit the below patch because maybe there's a reason you don't want to
do it right now. In case you decide to install examples/ then please also
explain how to activate the hooks contained there.
