Specifically I had the Twinpact (4:3) as the full screen with video 
(16:9) overlayed.   If you switch between solely showing the Twinpact 
and then PiP the width jumps around which I think is very undesirable, I 
would think its better to have consistency or a switch in the Settings 
to allow people to choose perhaps.
